Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality hammocks and stand and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy!

If you need to return something, please send an email to orders@myhammockchair.com or call us toll-free at 1-866-635-6244 within 14 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 14 days as long as the items are unused.

Warranty
Our hammocks are made of the highest quality materials. They are manufactured in Peggys
Cove, Nova Scotia, Canada by The Bay Hammock Company.

Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The credit card information you provide is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Shipping
MyHammockChair.com uses the USPS for most of the shipping of our hammocks to keep the cost low.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Ohio. This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Akron, Ohio. All other states are tax-exempt.
